Deflated basketball delivery: paano ihanda ang bola pagkatapos matanggap?
Policy update — October 16, 2026: DORAYD basketballs now use inflated / ready-to-play packing as the default. This guide remains for older deflated shipments and separately agreed packing exceptions. It is not the regular checkout delivery promise.
Kapag deflated ang basketball sa delivery, mas compact ang protective parcel at mas madaling ikumpara ang Economy courier options. Pero kailangang maingat ang inspection at inflation bago gamitin sa court. Ito ang practical guide para sa Filipino players, parents, teachers at online buyers.
1. Bakit may basketball na ipinapadala nang deflated?
Kapag may hangin, malaki ang basketball package kahit hindi mabigat ang bola. Ang courier billing ay maaaring batay sa higher of actual packed weight at volumetric weight, kaya compact protective packing can sometimes improve freight cost. Hindi ito garantiya ng isang fixed peso rate: nag-iiba ang charges ayon sa actual parcel dimensions, destination at service.
Hindi lahat ng produkto o order ay puwedeng i-deflate nang ligtas. Kung may variant na kailangan ng ibang packing o may separate ready-to-play delivery, dapat ito ay i-confirm sa customer bago tanggapin ang order. Basahin ang official shipping and delivery policy para sa current options.
2. Ano ang dapat i-check pagka-receive ng parcel?
- Itabi ang invoice, order confirmation at waybill.
- Tingnan ang outer parcel kung may puncture, moisture o matinding crush damage.
- Inspect ang ball cover, seams at valve bago mag-inflate.
- Huwag gamitin o piliting i-inflate ang mukhang sira o may obvious leak.
- Kung may issue, i-contact ang seller at i-document ang packaging kung kaya.
Makakatulong ang photo o video sa resolution, pero hindi automatic na nawawala ang statutory rights kung wala nito. Huwag munang isoli o itapon ang packaging kung may dispute; magtanong sa returns and refunds process para sa next step.
3. Paano mag-inflate gamit ang tamang ball pump?
Gumamit ng pump needle na intended para sa sports ball inflation. I-check ang valve at product label o manufacturer pressure guidance. Ipasok nang maingat ang karayom ayon sa pump/ball instructions, at magdagdag ng hangin nang unti-unti. Huwag ipilit ang karayom o gamitin ang improvised matulis na bagay dahil puwedeng masira ang valve.

6. Ano ang gagawin kapag may defect pagkatapos i-inflate?
Kung hindi napapanatili ang hangin, damaged ang valve, o hindi akma ang model sa approved order, i-contact ang DORAYD support with order reference at description. Huwag mag-attempt ng repair na maaaring magpalala ng damage bago humingi ng assessment. Ang wrong, damaged o defective items ay subject to the published returns policy at Philippine consumer rights.

Defective na ba agad kung flat ang basketball pagdating?
Hindi, kung clearly agreed ang deflated Economy shipment para sa eligible ball. Pero kung damaged o may leak, ipaalam sa seller.
Kasama ba lagi ang pump?
Hindi dapat ipagpalagay. I-check ang actual product offer at order contents. Kung walang nakalistang pump, ihanda ang suitable sports ball pump.
Guaranteed bang mas mura ang deflated shipment?
Hindi. Chargeable parcel size, packaging, destination at courier conditions ang magtatakda ng final delivery cost.
May universal PSI ba para sa lahat ng basketball?
Wala kaming iniimpose na universal PSI. Sundin ang ball/manufacturer's actual specified pressure.
